In T&K, we firmly believe that product quality represents the future of an enterprise. Any possible factors that could influence product quality would be considered in advance. To ensure our products meet the design standards, we rely on modern equipments such as CMM, OMM, spectrophotometer to obtain measurements, results from automated part inspection system, on-site monitoring system and inspection from specialized personnel are integrated. We then use SPC, MSA for quantitative statistical system analysis, to repeatedly measure, analyze and monitor critical quality features, dimensions and colors.
